Cancellation Policy

We understand that sometimes plans change, and we appreciate your understanding of our cancellation policy. Cancellation Notice: To avoid any fees, please notify us of any cancellations at least 48 hours before your scheduled appointment time. You can do so by email, phone, or online booking system. If your cancellation occurs greater than 48 hours prior to appointment, no fee will be charged. If your cancellation occurs 24-48 hours prior to appointment, a sum of 50% of applicable cost will be billed to the credit card on file. If your cancellation occurs less than 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment, 100% of applicable costs will be billed to the credit card on file. No-Show Policy: If you fail to show up for your appointment you will be charged the entire duration of the appointment time. If the service was complimentary and you do not show for your appointment this complimentary service will no longer be available to you. Rescheduling: You can reschedule your appointment at least 48 hours before the original appointment time without any penalties. Changes within this timeframe may be subject to a fee. Emergency Exceptions: We understand that emergencies happen! If you need to cancel last minute due to an unforeseen event, please reach out to us as soon as possible, and we will be happy to discuss options on a case-by-case basis. HR Muskoka has the right to refuse any client and or service a client has already booked due to ethical, legal or professional regulatory standards in which case a full refund will be issued.
